    I stayed in this great hotel for 1 day, had good experience, liked its incredible location short walk to the lakeside, the nearby Marina and airport. The a double room was brand-new and large with another 2-3 seater sofa, Bed Bugs on the bed.

    Giant breakfast buffet!

    Reason for the selection was the proximity to the airport and the possibility of a shuttles to the airport. However, this is not for free, but relatively expensive and is only available from 9.00 am. So we had to take a taxi to the station (KLIA Metro). . The hotel is a giant box. Those who prefer something intimate should not book this hotel.

    Had a lovely stay! The room decor is fine with a fantastic lake view, and the breakfast was delicious. Just a bummer about the slow check-in and the room transition issues, but overall, it was a cozy getaway! Would come back for sure.

    The kids loved the small water park, perfect for their age. The room was decent, and the pool and games room were great additions. Staff at the restaurant were super friendly and made dining enjoyable. It was a fun family getaway 😊

    Driving in is quite the experience. Feels like entering a Disney Castle with a grand entrance. The views from the room, especially overlooking the lake, made for a cozy escape.

    There are quite a few drawbacks. Some rooms have maintenance issues, like broken bathroom doors and non-functioning ceiling fans. The slow check-in process could use some streamlining, as queues can be a bore. Dining options fell short, with a limited menu and high prices that may leave your stomach growling. The pool, while having a nice view, was a bit hard to locate and not as refreshing as hoped. The kids' area by the pool needed some attention-there were dirty spots that could have easily been cleaned up. You might end up needing a car to explore since the area is spread out and not so easy to wander around on foot.

    Continental offer for breakfast was a little poor 2 sorts of cheese and sausage, no "muesli" and 3 sorts of artificial jam. Asian variant was well stocked
